Recently, the comprehensive automation system renovation project at Liaoning Longyuan Changtu Wind Farm was successfully delivered, marking a significant milestone from the shutdown operation to the completion of the dispatch monitoring system's joint debugging. As the general contractor for the project, CYG SUNRI Co., Ltd. 1.Efficient Collaboration, Rapid Renovation

The project involved the technical renovation of the protection and comprehensive automation systems, integrated power supply, and dispatch communication systems at Changtu Wind Farm. This included the replacement of 14 screen cabinets and core replacements for 5 screen cabinets, totaling 66 devices. The CYG SUNRI team strictly followed the construction plan, conducting engineering documentation analysis and on-site surveys to customize a renovation plan for the old screens, achieving a rapid renovation without the need to replace the cabinets and secondary cables. This significantly shortened the power outage period, ensuring the project's efficient 

2.Diverse Methods, Precise Renovation

In the renovation of the original screens, CYG SUNRI employed advanced techniques such as 3D simulation wiring, automatic offline processing, and on-site wiring, combined with image recognition technology to verify the consistency of secondary wiring with the drawings. This ensured precise pre-wiring, effectively avoiding disconnections and omissions. Throughout the project's implementation, the team maintained a disciplined and dedicated spirit, leveraging their expertise to eliminate risks and ensure a safe and reliable process with accurate results.

3.No Overlooked Areas, Thorough Renovation

In this project, CYG SUNRI not only completed the replacement and renovation of the old screen cabinets but also re-planned the power plant's communication room and dispatch communication room. They streamlined communication-related operations, adjusted the physical hardware layout of the two communication rooms, and optimized the power supply methods for communication equipment. This transformation replaced previously disorganized cables and outdated devices with neatly arranged screen cabinets, resulting in a leap in the power monitoring system's capabilities. The enhancements significantly improved the digital and intelligent management levels of the site, earning high praise from clients for "laying a solid foundation for the future development of Changtu Wind Farm over the next decade."

The successful completion of this project not only represents a solid step toward the high-quality development requirements of the power system but also serves as a strong testament to the collaborative spirit, efficient execution, and pursuit of excellence by the CYG SUNRI team.
